Tips&Tricks To Weight Loss Results

Great Tips & Reminderes
You Will See Results Just Do & You'll See!
 
 
Frist things first. Make a book log. This will help you keep track of what your eating, how much your drinking & how much more of somethings you need in your diet.

Make a day to day ideal list of food. Nothing the same in a row of two days. Alternate them, this way you don't get tired of the same thing.

 
Now be sure to have veggies with Lunch & Dinner.
Like: FRESH!
Green Beans, Carrots, Tomatoes, Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Corn, Some Potatoes, & Even Peas. & More.

Note: Steam these foods, They are better tasting then boiled over the stove.

 
For Lunch I like something I can do simple, Quick rather.
 
Ex: Healthy Sandwich-Whole Wheat Grain Bread(2S)
No Mayo Or Muster your only adding Calories!
Lattes, Tomatoes, Chicken from the deli (Fresh Sliced) & Only Sometimes Cheese.
Then I'll have if I still feel hungry witch isn't likely, But I'll have half an Apple or Some handful of Oat Cereal.
 
That's more of a snake after lunch too but have lunch & snack within the same hour.
 
For Dinner-I Do Cook for a Whole Family So I Always Try Adding A Salad No Matter What I Cook.
Even If you run out by a point of time this is when you add a bit extra Water before eating your meat as well as a Cup during the Meal.

 
So Salad & Watch, Watch, Watch your servings! Its not the Calories for me I'm worried about at this time. I worry about having enough veggies on the side. If I cook chicken or Beef(Witch I hardly Eat) Or anything saucy. Look to have about half a cup to a cup then full cup of veggies of any kind. Over flow that plate with veggies if need be. Ha:3 

 
My desert if I feel I disserved one based on how much workout I've done. (During the end of the week only) Will be between Oatmeal with syrup & (Only a few!) chocolate chips in it. Nothing more then a cup or so.
 
Don't Forget To Drink Water Before & After Each Meal.
& Always Hott Tea Between That.

 
Watch the inches fall off with keeping up with what you'll eat. Having a plan for the days to come really shows you how easy it is to eat healthy. Take Control & Feel great with each workout, Your less likely to get as tired.
 
Hope you've found my post helpful as far as routine goes. I'll post photos soon & an ideal workout for each Morning & Night. Always Remember the weight falls of with each healthy thing you put into your mouth. Juke food & processed foods don't worry about calories like Healty Foods do. Healthy Foods give the best energy for the body. So feel sluggish or Energetic Its your call. You'll body will show you later the effects from either eating Healthy Or Terrible.

Motivational & Sweet to Drink

;Here I have some simple real vitamin water supplements you can do at home!
 
 
So, getting tired of just having Water & Hott Tea huh?
Well so did I. So I started flavouring my water & tea.
 
Do you like lemons, How about cucumber, maybe even strawberry?
 
Here is a list of fruits I've used in my home maid vitamin water.
 
Note: This may give some few calories but it curves your appetite so its a plus.
& If you feel maybe your not going to add fruits to your diet this day or the next.
Here is how you still can.
 
I suggest drinking a cup every other Hr with intake of Hott tea. For best appetite suppressant results. 
 
Fruits I used most often
Lemon
Strawberries
Kiwi
Cucumbers
PineApple
 
There's more but these are most effective.
 
Note: For Smoothies Put Cup Of Ice With Peeled Fruit in Blender & Grind Until Slushed. EmM Great Dissert!
But try not to have to much fruit intake, They do have they're own sugar & it can add up.  
 
As for Hott Tea, Just add a bit of Lemon juice.(Natural) To your cup but not to often because of your teeth.
Now first things first. You will need a bottle that gives you measurements. But will need a few.(3)
To have extra vitamin water. Okay now it doesn't matter how much water you put. You can even just make a full gallon if you'd like. This water is the best you can have so why not a gallon. But the point is to have a tasting water not juice!
 
Alright. So you simply take these fruits & cut them in big pieces. I look for medium sized fruit because I may only want one bottle of that flavour or two. But I'll always have the 3rd one be different. You will have left over fruit you can decide to eat that extra or use all the extra EX: Strawberry & Cucumber into one bottle for the next day. Can try mixing flavours as well. See what best suits your taste buds.
 
Now the point of this is not to drink it the same day. This is for over the night or two flavouring. This fruit then begin to seep out mixing into the water. The longer(2days) the better the water will taste.

Ideal Schedule For Effective Weight Lost!

;List Of Yummy Foods I Eat Most Often!
 
[Water As Soon As I Wake Up Then Hott Tea<3]
Mornings: Wheat Grain Bread (1S) With Thin layer of peanut butter. & Half Cup Oatmeal
Or
(2)Boiled Eggs & Half Cup cereal. 
 
Note: Some people like to shy away from peanuts while others will have them in their diet every now & then. [Im the second one] Lol
[More Water & Hott Tea<3]
Lunch: (90Cal) Soup Like, Chicken. Couple Stocks of Celery
Or
Tuna Sandwich with Whole Grain Beard (2S)
Freshed Steamed Carrots
[Hott Tea Before & Water After Dinner]
Dinner: I cook for the while house, So my own ideas is to cut down on portions, Especially when Im making for example: Spaghetti or Chilli or a common Mexican dish(s) that Im used to making. Point being.
Before eating those as the main set meal. I will have a Salad. Yumm, Best part because if I happen to cook chicken then I'd add just enough to feel full before eating the said meal.
Always Add In Your Veggies!!
Like: All Fresh
Corn
Carrots
Limit(1) Potato A Week
GreenBeans
Peas
Celery
Broccoli
Spanish  
Cabbage (Great For Weight Lost)
 
& The Fruit!!
Bananas (1) A Day
Strawberries
PineApple (++Weight Lost)
Melon
Kewis
Grapes
Peaches
Tomatoes

Things I've Added To Salad.
-If available not necessary for sure better off without it. (Cheese) But no more than (2)Pinches or (1S)
-Steamed/Baked/Grilled Chicken
-Tuna
-Chopped Onion
-& Only Sometimes, Toast Slice of Bread.
Once its about 7o'Clock Im no long eating anything.
Before 10o'clock About the W'O time I've drank another Hott Tea<3 While water during/after W'O]
 
Hope this gives you an idea about being saddle with what you eat. Small portion help you go far.

;Getting The WorkOut Into Your Daily Doings!!
(I haven't started W'O yet, But before I do...)
 
 

 
 
;So I've been cleansing for about a Week. Like I said in first post, I do this or these things for 2Weeks at a time. Sense I'm feeling pretty good about my cleanse, & feel lighter during down time (Bedtime For My Little One) I can get focus on what kind of stretching I'll do plus Area's I want to Start Toning.
 
;Here Is Where Those Silly List of Goals Come In. Start Slow Though. For me I'll start with stretching. Like, Is Morning Stretching for me? Could I find time in the Evening to add a Free Dance of 15Mins? Will I be able to do 5days of Exercise a week?Well, Go ahead make the list to answer those questions as well.
 
;Looking forward to stretching, Now that my stomach has gone down & my legs don't feel so huge I can really enjoy the space I have now to breath. Sadly breathing wasn't easy while stretching & that was only just. Once I introduced cardio things got easier. So know that the feeling you get after working out is like a high. You can be proud of that feeling that you got threw it no matter the struggle to keep up. The High Is Yes with each practice that you finished off with an Effm I got threw this one for the Hr No matter what you chose to do. Heyy, Take a W'O picture if you'd like. You did more than most.
 
;Always start slow when adding any exercise or stretching into your routine. As for me & going threw something I physically can only start slow to what my body can handle. Witch is why its best to clean out your body of toxins to gain full energy to really getting healthy.
 
;Alright now, About (20Mins) of Cardio will do you good after stretching(10Mins). Then into some light Toning for about 15mins or more depends on speed during that point. Then more stretching. 
That should be about a full 30-45Mins of Motion to the Body getting the Heart ready then pumping & Steady High Beat, Then back low again with Slower Motion during stretching times.

These are the ideal steps I'll be taking getting Motion back into My Life.

Cleansing & Regaining Strength for "The Toning" Process.

1# ;I'm a Mother of a Toddler, So I have to have a set schedule on eating meals threw out the day. Finding time to work out or rather be at my most active during day light is a whole other thing. Including when I do put my daughter to sleep & I have about an hour to myself I'll have some workout time. But I like before I even start the workout process "Again" to start with a nice cleansing of the body. & It being a new year, Holidays are over we all can get ready & start fresh. For me even just recently having something that doesn't help my cleansing wont stop me from continuing this goal I have. I've lost plenty of weight last month doing what I'll do this month even halfway threw January already. Point being is that I'm doing it. Getting plenty of Sleep and Water & HOtt Tea to start it off will help ease me into a better snack equation with my goal in the near future including Toning!

Disclaimer: Some of these things helped me but I'm Not A Doctor & Don't Offer this As Advice to anyone. These are just something's I've been doing and have had result from sticking to these things for 2weeks at a time. If you precede to copy theses things and are harmed seek medical help right away.

Now that I've gotten disclaimer out of the way. On with the cleanse.
Okay now we know abit about myself, Lets get started. Like to start the mornings with a BIG Cup Of Water about an hour or so when I have awoken. Then besides getting breakfast for my little one. I boil a couple eggs(2). I'm already not a breakfast eater, so I wont have many suggestions on what I've eaten in the mornings. But I will say how I keep my appetite's mind else where & not on food. I don't eat lunch during these days. If I do I'll eat every other day(Lunch). Alright so after having the eggs, I'll wait to have my Hot Cup of Hott TEA<3 about half an hour to an hour after letting the eggs go down while sipping not fully drinking my Cold Water. This allow the Tea to clean up any left over food to completely go down. The best part about drinking HOtt Tea in mid morning is that (IF you prefer caffeine in your Tea) it can help to wake up your body after the water has shocked your body for the morning. You can gain energy from this easy!  

So the cleanse is pretty simple from that point. I continue drinking cups of  Hott Tea threw out the rest of the afternoon. But remember, Tea is no longer water once placed into the water. So please remember to drink at least a Half Cup to A Cup of water with Every cup of Tea. Or you could face serious dehydration.

Now once dinner time has come rolling in after about 4 cups of Hott Tea already, You'd ask "Do I drink the Tea before of after I Eat". Well, Depends what your eating. I'll drink water first or during the meal. But Drinking HOtt Tea first does help prepare the stomach for food. But can not just eat anything. (I'll post about Food & Logs In Next post). Making sure Dinner's Timing to Eat isn't past 6-7 o'clock, I'll make mental note to of 4-5cups by about 5o'clock once dinner is fully cooked/done. Then I'll carry on to have either one last or two last cups of HOtt Tea. But not until I've eaten. (Remember During the Cleanse I'm not just eating anything). My choices during these time of food, are about 500cal each. & that's with Veggies & Protein in each setting.

So, If I become hungry after or during any of these times, I keep busy. & carry on drinking Big Cold Cups of water. This doesn't have to go on longer than a week to start a proper diet & exercise routine, but for me to remember once I start eating more to keep control & remember my hunger cues (Remember for a better snacking equation threw the day) This will help you gain a schedule.

 I'm about a year or so in this now. Have lost about 60lbs maybe more I don't own a scale. BOO. But I go by the way my clothes fit & how I feel about my stomach witch has gone down a lot. But the reason we are here is because we want motivation & these things do take time. & threw the year we will have a month where we feel fat. Or want a more dramatic change to catch the eyes of people like we once did starting this process & have had those wonderful compliments. But reading about the success others have had, & realizing that it didn't just take a month or 5 for a change but a longer process to BE HEALTHY!! I think out of all that this is the goal here.
