Ideal Schedule For Effective Weight Lost!

;List Of Yummy Foods I Eat Most Often!
 
[Water As Soon As I Wake Up Then Hott Tea<3]
Mornings: Wheat Grain Bread (1S) With Thin layer of peanut butter. & Half Cup Oatmeal
Or
(2)Boiled Eggs & Half Cup cereal. 
 
Note: Some people like to shy away from peanuts while others will have them in their diet every now & then. [Im the second one] Lol
[More Water & Hott Tea<3]
Lunch: (90Cal) Soup Like, Chicken. Couple Stocks of Celery
Or
Tuna Sandwich with Whole Grain Beard (2S)
Freshed Steamed Carrots
[Hott Tea Before & Water After Dinner]
Dinner: I cook for the while house, So my own ideas is to cut down on portions, Especially when Im making for example: Spaghetti or Chilli or a common Mexican dish(s) that Im used to making. Point being.
Before eating those as the main set meal. I will have a Salad. Yumm, Best part because if I happen to cook chicken then I'd add just enough to feel full before eating the said meal.
Always Add In Your Veggies!!

Carrots
Limit(1) Potato A Week
GreenBeans
Peas
Celery
Broccoli
Spanish  
Cabbage (Great For Weight Lost)
 
& The Fruit!!
Bananas (1) A Day
Strawberries
PineApple (++Weight Lost)
Melon
Kewis
Grapes
Peaches
Tomatoes

Things I've Added To Salad.
-If available not necessary for sure better off without it. (Cheese) But no more than (2)Pinches or (1S)
-Steamed/Baked/Grilled Chicken
-Tuna
-Chopped Onion
-& Only Sometimes, Toast Slice of Bread.
Once its about 7o'Clock Im no long eating anything.
Before 10o'clock About the W'O time I've drank another Hott Tea<3 While water during/after W'O]
 
Hope this gives you an idea about being saddle with what you eat. Small portion help you go far.
