Cleansing & Regaining Strength for "The Toning" Process.

1# ;I'm a Mother of a Toddler, So I have to have a set schedule on eating meals threw out the day. Finding time to work out or rather be at my most active during day light is a whole other thing. Including when I do put my daughter to sleep & I have about an hour to myself I'll have some workout time. But I like before I even start the workout process "Again" to start with a nice cleansing of the body. & It being a new year, Holidays are over we all can get ready & start fresh. For me even just recently having something that doesn't help my cleansing wont stop me from continuing this goal I have. I've lost plenty of weight last month doing what I'll do this month even halfway threw January already. Point being is that I'm doing it. Getting plenty of Sleep and Water & HOtt Tea to start it off will help ease me into a better snack equation with my goal in the near future including Toning!

Disclaimer: Some of these things helped me but I'm Not A Doctor & Don't Offer this As Advice to anyone. These are just something's I've been doing and have had result from sticking to these things for 2weeks at a time. If you precede to copy theses things and are harmed seek medical help right away.

Now that I've gotten disclaimer out of the way. On with the cleanse.
Okay now we know abit about myself, Lets get started. Like to start the mornings with a BIG Cup Of Water about an hour or so when I have awoken. Then besides getting breakfast for my little one. I boil a couple eggs(2). I'm already not a breakfast eater, so I wont have many suggestions on what I've eaten in the mornings. But I will say how I keep my appetite's mind else where & not on food. I don't eat lunch during these days. If I do I'll eat every other day(Lunch). Alright so after having the eggs, I'll wait to have my Hot Cup of Hott TEA<3 about half an hour to an hour after letting the eggs go down while sipping not fully drinking my Cold Water. This allow the Tea to clean up any left over food to completely go down. The best part about drinking HOtt Tea in mid morning is that (IF you prefer caffeine in your Tea) it can help to wake up your body after the water has shocked your body for the morning. You can gain energy from this easy!  

So the cleanse is pretty simple from that point. I continue drinking cups of  Hott Tea threw out the rest of the afternoon. But remember, Tea is no longer water once placed into the water. So please remember to drink at least a Half Cup to A Cup of water with Every cup of Tea. Or you could face serious dehydration.

Now once dinner time has come rolling in after about 4 cups of Hott Tea already, You'd ask "Do I drink the Tea before of after I Eat". Well, Depends what your eating. I'll drink water first or during the meal. But Drinking HOtt Tea first does help prepare the stomach for food. But can not just eat anything. (I'll post about Food & Logs In Next post). Making sure Dinner's Timing to Eat isn't past 6-7 o'clock, I'll make mental note to of 4-5cups by about 5o'clock once dinner is fully cooked/done. Then I'll carry on to have either one last or two last cups of HOtt Tea. But not until I've eaten. (Remember During the Cleanse I'm not just eating anything). My choices during these time of food, are about 500cal each. & that's with Veggies & Protein in each setting.

So, If I become hungry after or during any of these times, I keep busy. & carry on drinking Big Cold Cups of water. This doesn't have to go on longer than a week to start a proper diet & exercise routine, but for me to remember once I start eating more to keep control & remember my hunger cues (Remember for a better snacking equation threw the day) This will help you gain a schedule.

 I'm about a year or so in this now. Have lost about 60lbs maybe more I don't own a scale. BOO. But I go by the way my clothes fit & how I feel about my stomach witch has gone down a lot. But the reason we are here is because we want motivation & these things do take time. & threw the year we will have a month where we feel fat. Or want a more dramatic change to catch the eyes of people like we once did starting this process & have had those wonderful compliments. But reading about the success others have had, & realizing that it didn't just take a month or 5 for a change but a longer process to BE HEALTHY!! I think out of all that this is the goal here.
