 ;Working for it means; learning why, what you were eating wasn't gaining you physical strength.
   So learn & change those things, can make you feel good & notice a difference.
 ;Lets show those who wouldn't look twice at us a reason to look & watch us walk away & wish they would of said something before.
 ;Starting now will only gain you control for the real changes to come.
 ;Even writing down the simplest reason to lose weight will open the mind to other reasons & gain ideas to work it into everyday life changes or opportunities.
 ;When times get ruff, temptations come rolling in, STOP & say I will only fall back. So Remembering Why can help push you those steps ahead!
